Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Al-Yamama is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Live Chat Officer to join our team in a remote work capacity. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles, with a strong focus on live chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support through live chat communication channels - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner - Understand and promote company products and services to customers during interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service delivery - Continuously improve customer satisfaction metrics through efficient and effective communication

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service roles, with a focus on live chat support preferred - Energetic and motivated personality traits to engage with customers effectively - Strong planning and critical thinking skills to effectively manage customer interactions - Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using chat support tools and systems
