Logistic Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinates shipments of products by all modes of transportation.
• Maintains relationships and works closely with freight forwarders per ARM guidelines.
• Arrange transportation services to meet needs of customers and production schedules.
• Ensure appropriate documentation and accurate inventory transactions in support of providing service to both internal/external customers.
• Perform other work-related tasks as required as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.
• Arrange for domestic and international shipments by directly communicating with trucking companies, freight forwarders and export packers.
• Prepare all required shipping documents.
• Assist with traffic related clerical work and special projects as needed.
• Comply with and perform Quality Management System requirements.
• Comply with and perform HSE requirements for area of responsibility. 

Experience Required:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics.
