The Impact You’ll Make in this Role  

As a  Logistics Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by: 

• Performing analysis and maintaining transactional data in the logistics and transportation area

• Analyzing and solving identified problems in collaboration with other international experts.

• Close collaboration and follow-up with sources of supply (production plants and distribution centers)

• Responding to inquiries raised by Customer Service/Business Logistic Services Organizations across EMEA

• Identifying areas for improvement and participating in their implementation (Lean Six Sigma), performing tasks according to established SLAs.

Your Skills and Expertise  

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution

• 1-2 years of work experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics, or SSC preferred

• Advanced Excel knowledge 

• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Knowledge of SAP

• Analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail

• Finding fulfillment in optimizing operational processes.
