The function of Office GM in the law Firm is to Generate Revenue, Provide Managerial and Business Dimension, defining and implementing strategy in establishing the Law firm into a Leading Sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Take a Lead to prosper Business and Generate Revenue by engaging with high turnover of clients.
- Design Business Strategy, Client Management, Revenue Generation Policy & Customer Relations Satisfaction.
- Lead the development and implementation of the Legal department plan, policies, procedures, and processes
- Monitor performance of the Legal Department against KPIs and objectives on a regular basis. Recommend improvements and efficiencies in line with corporate priorities
- Implement Cost effective strategies, Lead all legal activities in coordination with changing business needs and strategic direction
- Remain up to date regarding latest laws, rules and regulations that might pose a risk on corporate and interpret the impact and implications of legislation
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports and analysis on legal matters, activities and programmes, and communicate them to Deputy Chairman
- Ensure alignment of the Legal department strategy and plans in shaping and implementing Corporate Affairs strategy
- Oversee and execute all litigation cases between corporate and courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Reduce or eliminate the likelihood of the imposition of sanctions, fines, and other penalties against company by relevant government agencies and others
- Develop and implement workforce plans and succession plans for key positions in the Legal Department
- Ensure accurate and necessary documentation is always available and meets legal requirements whenever requested by the Deputy Chairman
- Use of Social Media, AI and other available Resources in development of Business
- Design Partnership deeds to enhance and collaborate in Development of the Firm
- Represents the firm at internal and external events.
- Accept different challenges and Roles within the Organization
- Build the Firm as an Institution a standalone organization that is sustainable
Qualifications, Certifications and Experience
Qualifications & Experience: Master Degree with 5 years or Bachelor’s Degree with 10 Years’ Experience in Management of Law Firm
Specialist Certifications: Saudi License Holder / Law Degree
Additional Qualification: Technical Skills – MS Office and Any System Development, Efficient Business Skill & Communication Skills.
Additional Requirement / Remarks: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with at least 6 years of experience in a managerial role
