Responsibilities
• Contribute to the development of annual business plans • Contribute to the development and execution of short to mid-term plans • Manage activities and work performed by direct reports • Review and recommend changes on unit structure • Contribute to the development of budget • Supervise implementation of policies, systems, processes, and controls • Identify potential areas of improvement • Ensure preparation of reports • Ensure confidentiality • Ensure proper communication • Engage with partners to help them grow • Approve potential large businesses and technology partners • Control relationships from end to end • Responsible for identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new partners • Manage partnership team responsible for sales and services • Manage implementation of partner programs • Collaborate across departments • Assure new merchant agreements • Renew agreements on a yearly basis • Manage integration with providers' government • Maintain transaction volume costs
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field (master's degree preferred) • 6-8 years of relevant experience in Partnerships • Prior Experience in PMO, Business Projects
