Production Manager: Dammam rd Industrial City

JOB DESCRIPTION NOTE: Please ONLY apply if you have sufficient experience and skills required as per job description below. Job Summary: Function as the Production Manager for the Coating plants working under the Plant Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:

• Assist the Plant Manager in carrying out process analysis and identify opportunities to optimize production and reduce cost.
• Check, supervise and Coordinate the Coating plant activities and resources.
• Maintain and communicate the weekly schedule with various departments.
• Manage day-to-day production schedules, material ordering, and workforce management.
• Plan and order materials as per the production needs.
• Check to insure the production employees have in process the correct items in accordance with the production schedule.
• Coordinate with different operation departments to ensure activities are carried out as per the approved schedule.
• Conduct various project improvement initiatives and feasibility studies that aim in improving quality, reducing downtime, and increasing capacity.
• Carry out Frequent checks to ensure that safety, quality and SOP / HSE best practices are being followed.
• Actively run the Sales/operation coordination meetings, and any other operational meetings.
• Supervise activities and personnel as needed.
• Perform other work-related tasks assigned by the plant manager.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:

• Degree holder of mechatronics, industrial mechanical, electrical, or relevant engineering education from a recognized university or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' Experience in production line
• Manufacturing experience.
• Process optimization
• Knowledgeable of all MS Applications
• Previous involvement in process improvement Lean, or six sigma preferred.
• Proven project management experience
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able and Interested to Read and learn the Tuboscope coating application process.
• Strong analytical skills and passion for numbers
• Politically savvy
• Ability to use Excel for reporting and analysis.
