This position is in the Project Delivery Team at the IGCC Project, Jazan Economic City (JEC), Jazan, Saudi Arabia Responsible for managing control systems upgrade projects in an operating plant Communicate effectively within the project team and stakeholders

Responsibilities
• Manage control systems upgrade projects throughout the stages of FEL, Detail Engineering & Design, Procurement, and Commissioning • Develop and implement strategies for execution, procurement, and construction in an operating facility • Ensure overall safety, cost, schedule, quality, and risk management for each project • Manage change on projects and minimize impact • Periodic project reporting
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree with 7+ years of project engineering experience on large Oil, Gas, & Chemicals projects • Field experience and understanding of control systems' installation and start-up/commissioning techniques • Experience running projects within operating facilities • Awareness of CyberSecurity Regulations and Compliance • Strong organizational and planning skills • Good verbal and writing skills in English
