Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Zain Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated and reliable Account Support Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Associate level position, the Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our account management team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possesses strong teamwork and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist the account management team in maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met - Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Support in the creation of proposals and contracts - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a similar role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent time management skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
