Job Description:
As an Account Support Manager at Herfy Food Services Co in Jeddah, SA, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts to ensure their satisfaction and success. You will work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide support throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Your primary goal will be to maintain and grow existing client relationships to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and support needs - Work closely with the sales team to understand client objectives and deliverables - Create and deliver regular reports and updates to clients to ensure their needs are being met - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of client projects - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hardworking and adaptable with a can-do attitude - Innovative and creative thinker with the ability to problem-solve and think outside the box
