Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Account Support Manager to join our team at Saudi Ceramics in Medina, SA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing support to our key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, serving as the main point of contact for their inquiries and concerns - Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to meet those needs - Work closely with sales teams to ensure a coordinated approach to client management - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support - Conduct regular account reviews and provide feedback to clients on their usage of our products or services - Provide on-site support for client visits and meetings as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in key account management or customer support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively - Emotional intelligence and adaptability to handle challenging situations with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
