Account Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company is seeking a skilled Account Support Manager to join our team. This is a full-time remote position, based in Mecca, SA, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and a requirement of 6 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess the motivation and dedication necessary to excel in a dynamic workplace that values teamwork, innovation, and shared success.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded. 3. Develop and implement strategies to drive account growth and profitability. 4. Provide regular reports and updates on account performance. 5. Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for improvement. 6. Manage customer escalations and provide solutions in a timely manner. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. 8. Mentor and coach junior team members to ensure departmental success.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 6 years of experience in a similar role. 3. Proven track record of successful account management. 4. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Motivated and dedicated mindset. 8. Ability to travel as needed.
