Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a Remote Account Support Officer to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of resilience and motivation. In addition, strong communication skills and emotional intelligence are essential soft skills for this role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to clients for account-related inquiries and issues. 2. Assist with account maintenance, including updating client information and processing transactions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. 4. Troubleshoot technical issues related to account management systems. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to account management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in account support or a similar role. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and account management software. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
