Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:

The Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company is seeking a Remote Account Support Officer to join our team in Medina, SA. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, and possess strong time management and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support to clients remotely, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience. - Conduct research to resolve customer inquiries and provide accurate information. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. - Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or account support role. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Experience working remotely is a plus.
