Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Arabian Pipes Company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Support Representative to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate-level position with a required minimum of 3 years of experience, the Account Support Representative will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer support - Assist sales team in managing customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries - Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements - Prepare and track sales orders, invoices, and payments - Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services - Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist in developing sales strategies and implementing marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights to the team

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
