Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description:

SABIC is seeking a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This full-time position is at the Associate Level and requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven and reliable, with strong soft skills in creativity and decision-making.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to account managers and clients 2. Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction 4. Prepare reports on account activity and performance 5. Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field 2. 2+ years of experience in account support or a similar role 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 7. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and multitask effectively
