Account Support Representative

Job description:

We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Account Support Representative to join our team at Mobily in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in account support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to key accounts by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Manage and maintain customer accounts, including processing orders, updating information, and coordinating deliveries. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in order to meet customer needs. - Prepare reports and analysis on account performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement. - Attend meetings and training sessions to stay current on products, services, and industry trends. - Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and time management skills. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software. - Previous experience in account support or customer service is preferred. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
