Job Description:
National Water Company is seeking a dedicated and energetic Account Support Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist in managing client accounts, including updating contact information, processing payments, and resolving billing issues. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues. 4. Utilize innovative solutions to streamline processes and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Make informed decisions to escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery. 8. Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to enhance overall performance and knowledge sharing.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in account management or customer support. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service. 8. Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills. 9. Strong decision-making abilities.
