Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Panda Retail Company is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Support Representative to join our team. This is a full-time work from home position based in Jeddah, SA, at the Associate level with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, providing exceptional support and maintaining strong relationships. - Work closely with the sales team to coordinate account activities, including order processing, invoicing, and resolving any issues that may arise. - Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in servicing accounts. - Provide regular reports and updates on account status and performance.

Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful personality traits. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Creativity and time management soft skills. - Previous experience in account management or customer support. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
