Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Saud Consult is seeking a motivated and hardworking Account Support Representative to join our team. This is a full-time remote position based in Medina, SA. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch support to assigned accounts - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Assist in the development and implementation of account strategies - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services - Attend client meetings and presentations as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in account support or a related field - Strong presentation and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
