Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Support Specialist to join our team at National Water Company in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level role, the Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our existing clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns - Proactively communicate with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions - Assist with onboarding new clients and provide training on our products and services - Collaborate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell additional products to existing clients - Analyze client data and develop reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Handle billing inquiries and work with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies - Provide support during client meetings and presentations - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve our services and offerings

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or customer support - Confident and dedicated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Strong presentation and negotiation skills - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
