Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to key accounts, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Build strong relationships with clients through clear and professional communication. 3. Assist in the development and implementation of account strategies to drive sales and growth. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate projects and deliverables for key accounts. 5. Track and analyze account performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth. 6. Provide feedback and insights to management to help improve customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Assist in resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. 1 year of experience in a customer service or account management role. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask. 5. Persuasion and project management skills. 6. Highly organized and detail-oriented. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
