Job Description:
Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Mecca, SA. This fulltime position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of being resourceful and motivated, as well as the soft skills of emotional intelligence and problem-solving.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints. 2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving issues in a timely manner. 3. Enter customer information and orders accurately into the database. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and provide ongoing support as needed. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 6. Must have a quiet home office environment with reliable internet connection.
