Remote Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Remote Call Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a motivated and resourceful personality.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and order assistance to customers. 3. Process orders and returns accurately in the company's system. 4. Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues as needed. 5. Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. 3. Strong decision-making and planning skills. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
