Call Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Associate to join our team at Saudi Cement Company. This is a full-time work from home position based in Riyadh, SA at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role and possess a passion for helping others and a dedication to providing excellent service.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and sales - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers in a professional and courteous manner - Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and issues effectively - Demonstrate emotional intelligence when dealing with challenging situations and customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and sales targets - Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Dedicated to meeting and exceeding performance goals - Strong negotiation skills - Emotional intelligence to handle difficult situations with empathy and understanding - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required
