Call Center Manager

Job Description: Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Mecca, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a call center environment and possess the necessary skills to lead a team of customer service representatives and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the call center, including managing staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring targets are met - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction - Train and mentor call center staff to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively - Analyze call center data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in call center management
