Call Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still contributing to the success of our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the call center operations, including staff management, performance evaluation, and customer service delivery. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and productivity. 3. Monitor KPIs and metrics to ensure targets are met and quality standards are maintained. 4. Train, coach, and mentor call center agents to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in call center management. 2. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong planning and teamwork skills. 4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software.
