Job Description - Call Center Officer

Job Description:


Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company is seeking a reliable and hardworking Call Center Officer to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their inquiries. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers on previous interactions. 3. Assist customers with product information, orders, and troubleshooting. 4. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 5. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service. 8. Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company. 9. Provide feedback to management to improve customer experience.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and handle high call volumes. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
