Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a passionate and independent Call Center Officer to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers with professionalism and empathy. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services, resolve customer inquiries, and escalate issues when necessary. 3. Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy when interacting with customers to ensure a positive customer experience. 4. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery. 5. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system. 6. Collaborate with other team members to identify areas of improvement and make suggestions for enhanced customer service delivery. 7. Complete any other duties as assigned by the Call Center Manager.

Requirements: 1. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions. 2. Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. 6. Fluency in Arabic and English. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
