Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and energetic Call Center Officer to join our team at Advanced Petrochemical Company in Medina, SA. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are eager to jumpstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, orders, and complaints - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or survey feedback - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed daily call volume and quality standards - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance job performance - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong decision-making ability - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure - Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
