Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Saudi Post is seeking a highly motivated Call Center Officer to join our team and work remotely from home in Jeddah, SA. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and energetic, with strong soft skills in innovation and critical thinking.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and targets. 5. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to best assist customers. 6. Utilize call center software to efficiently manage calls and maintain productivity. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. 5. Proficient in using call center software and Microsoft Office applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
