Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Al Hokair Group is seeking a Call Center Officer to join our team and work from home in Jeddah, SA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required - we are looking for dedicated and driven individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients - Understand and address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback - Maintain accurate records of all interactions - Follow company policies and procedures at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery - Strive to meet and exceed set KPIs and targets - Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and feedback - Adhere to strict confidentiality agreements and data protection guidelines

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Access to a quiet and dedicated workspace at home - Reliable high-speed internet connection - Willingness to work flexible hours as required
