Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Saudi Ceramics is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate level position, the Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, be independent, and possess excellent project management and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent project management and decision-making abilities - Resourceful and able to work independently - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
