Job Description:
Saudi Telecom Company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Specialist to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, chat messages, and other communication channels. You will assist customers with inquiries, technical support, account management, and issue resolution, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of incoming calls and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and understanding - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Document all customer interactions and follow-up as necessary - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Adaptable and able to handle high-stress situations with a positive attitude - Energetic and enthusiastic about helping customers and resolving issues - Experience with people management and teamwork - Knowledge of telecommunications products and services is a plus
