Remote Call Center Specialist

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently. 2. Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers. 3. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve overall call center performance. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and energetic personality traits. 2. Strong adaptability and project management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work autonomously and independently. 5. Proficiency in using call center software and systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
