Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and passionate Call Center Specialist to join our team at Saudi Cement Company in Riyadh, SA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a passion for customer service and a dedication to excellence are essential.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, gather feedback, and resolve any issues or complaints. 3. Utilize creativity and strategic planning to find solutions to customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex customer issues and provide timely resolutions. 6. Meet or exceed call center metrics including call volume, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think creatively. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. 6. Passion for customer service and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
