Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Arabian Pipes Company is seeking a talented Chat Support Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through various chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to customers. 3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers with their concerns. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. 5. Monitor chat logs and analyze customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist with training new team members and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. 2. Independent and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong leadership and people management skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Experience with chat support platforms and customer relationship management software. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
