Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team at Saudi Arabian Mining Company in Mecca, SA. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through online chat interactions. Your main duties will include assisting customers with product inquiries, resolving technical issues, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers via online chat to provide prompt and accurate information. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. 3. Process orders and assist with product recommendations based on customer needs. 4. Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations. 6. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 7. Document customer interactions and follow up as needed. 8. Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 3. Reliable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 4. Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies. 5. Research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Fluent in English and Arabic.
