Chat Support Associate - Work from home

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Riyadh, SA.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through chat support to assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services. 3. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to ensure a positive customer experience. 4. Collaborate with other team members to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Resourceful and reliable individual with the ability to work independently. 3. Strong decision-making and analytical skills. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
