Chat Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

National Water Company is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of being resilient and resourceful, as well as have strong soft skills in people management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer concerns and escalations - Maintain thorough and accurate customer records in our database - Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in our chat support system - Meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems
