Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Al-Yamama is seeking a reliable and energetic Chat Support Manager to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the chat support team, ensuring exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the chat support team, including recruiting, training, and coaching team members. - Monitor chat support interactions to ensure quality and accuracy. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and increase customer satisfaction. - Analyze chat support data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions. - Prepare and present reports on chat support performance to management.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - 5 years of experience in customer service or chat support. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software. - Proven experience in managing a team.
