Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Work from home

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chat Support Manager to join our team at Fitaihi Holding Group. This is a full-time remote position based in Medina, SA, with a requirement of at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


As the Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our chat support team to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include:


- Developing and implementing chat support strategies to optimize customer interactions and satisfaction - Managing a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Monitoring chat support performance metrics and implementing improvements as needed - Handling escalated customer issues and providing resolutions in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience - Continuously seeking opportunities to improve chat support processes and systems


To succeed in this role, you must be highly motivated, resourceful, and possess excellent negotiation and time management skills. You should also have a proven track record of successfully managing a chat support team in a fast-paced environment.
