Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team at Saudi Telecom Company. This is a full-time, work-from-home position located in Medina, SA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for managing a team of chat support agents to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Supervise and coach a team of chat support agents to provide excellent customer service through online chat platforms - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and accuracy - Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's performance - Analyze chat support data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Maintain a positive and supportive work environment for the team


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 8+ years of experience in customer support, with at least 2 years in a managerial role - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer service metrics - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong time management and cooperation skills
