Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Chat Support Officer in Medina, SA. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient customer support through chat platforms to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely and accurate manner via chat platforms - Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and order support to customers - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Continuously improving customer support processes and procedures - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Confidence in handling customer inquiries and complaints - Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks - Presentation skills for communicating effectively with customers - No previous experience required, entry-level position
