Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company is seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online chat platforms. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat platforms. - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. - Collaborate with other team members to coordinate and optimize customer support efforts. - Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously to ensure timely responses. - Provide feedback to the team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and resourcefully in a fast-paced environment. - Critical thinking skills to analyze and address customer needs effectively. - Negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach mutually beneficial solutions. - 3 years of experience in customer service or support role. - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
