Chat Support Officer

Middle East Battery Company is seeking a reliable and hardworking Chat Support Officer to join our team in Mecca, SA. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

As a Chat Support Officer, your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and accurate support to customers through our online chat platform. You will assist customers with product inquiries, technical support issues, and general troubleshooting. You will also be responsible for escalating any complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will also be expected to demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to work cooperatively with other team members.
