Job Description:
As a Chat Support Officer at SABIC, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. Your primary role will be to assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, therefore, excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are required.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat platforms - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times
Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong decision-making abilities and emotional intelligence - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
