Chat Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team at the Saudi Arabian Mining Company. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Medina, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 5. Proficiency in using chat support software and other customer service tools. 6. Motivated and confident personality traits. 7. Strong presentation and creativity skills. 8. Demonstrated ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and efficiently.
