Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

The National Industrialization Company is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Relations Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction - Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing departments to identify new opportunities for client engagement and growth - Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their projects and any relevant company news - Assist in the development of client proposals and presentations - Manage client databases and keep accurate records of all client interactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities in order to provide valuable insights to clients - Participate in strategic planning meetings to help shape the company's client relations strategy

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Team player with a positive attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events
