Client Relations Associate - Work from home

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Relations Associate to join our team at Al-Yamama. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be resilient, passionate, creative, and have excellent strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service. 2. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 4. Assist with the development and implementation of client retention strategies. 5. Monitor and analyze client feedback and provide insights to improve overall satisfaction. 6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 6. Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
