Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at Zamil Industrial Investment Company in Medina, SA. As a leading industrial investment company, we are looking for a dedicated individual who is committed to building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and improve client relations - Prepare reports and presentations on client performance and feedback - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to provide innovative solutions for clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients - Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Innovative mindset with a passion for research and continuous improvement
